Why is my BroBizz not active?

If your BroBizz is not working, this is probably due to the fact that it no longer has an active credit/debit card associated with it. You can update your credit card details via My Account or via Update credit/debit card

If you have associated a fuel card with your BroBizz, you must print and complete this form and then send it to kundeservice@brobizz.com. You must sign it, because it provides power of attorney.

You can also choose to send it by post or fax it to us.
