Has my order gone through?

You can order a number plate payment or bizz via our self-service. You can read more about that here.

When you order a bizz

You will receive a receipt on the screen in the self-service when you have ordered a bizz. You will also be able to check whether your order has gone through in the order history under the 'Order' tab.

When your bizz has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as you receive your bizz by post, it is ready for use by all Brobizz's partners (Storebæltsbroen, Øresundsbron etc.).

When you order a number plate payment

Your number plate payment has been ordered when you have received an order confirmation by e-mail after you have entered vehicle information and confirmed the terms and conditions of agreement in the self-service. You will also always be able to see your order for the number plate payment in the order history under the 'Order' tab.

It can be used 20 minutes later on the Storebæltsbroen and 24 hours later at Brobizz's other partners (eg the Øresund Bridge).
