You need to pay your invoices or late payment reminders manually via your NetBank. You will always receive invoices and payment reminders by mail. You can also find them under "Trips and usage" by logging in to brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
When you have paid your invoices or payment reminders, please remember to update your payment card so that Brobizz can deduct any future purchases automatically. You can do this by logging in to brobizz.com or the Brobizz app. Follow our guide here.
Brobizz will always try to deduct payment for your purchase from your associated payment card. You will receive an invoice if Brobizz has been unable to deduct payment. This may be due to a technical error, the expiry of your payment card or your bank has declined payment.
Brobizz will attempt to take payment for a trip for up to five working days. If you update your payment card during this period, you will not receive an invoice. But if we have not succeeded in taking payment, Brobizz will send an invoice to the email address linked to your profile. The invoice will contain the amount, the due date for payment and payment information.
If you do not pay your invoice before the due date, you will receive a late payment reminder. This must be paid before the date stated on the reminder. If you fail to do this, you will receive another reminder. Normally Brobizz will forward the matter for debt collection after two unpaid payment reminders.
You will always receive invoices and late payment reminders at the email associated with your Brobizz agreement.

NB: It may take several banking days before payment is received. Once we have received your payment, the ‘Status’ on your invoice or payment reminder will appear as paid.

If you have money to your credit at Brobizz A/S, you will receive a credit note from us by mail. In this email there is a form that you must fill out. We will then process your case, and you will get the money transferred to your bank account as soon as possible.
