My BroBizz has gone missing

If you have lost your BroBizz, you must remember to freeze it to prevent misuse. You can do this in “My Account”. Select “My BroBizz” and click on the BroBizz number  you wish to freeze, and then select “Freeze”. Click on “OK” to save your freeze.

If you cannot get access to “My Account”, please contact us via the contact form. (LINK)  You can also phone us on (+45) 70207049 on weekdays between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm. We will then freeze it for you.

You can always unfreeze it, either via My Account or by writing to us.
