My BroBizz has been stolen
In My Account you can freeze your BroBizz. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services by phoning (+45) 70207049, weekdays from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.
If you can see that your BroBizz has been misused, we request you to notify the police.
You must then send the police notification with file number, information about your bank's sort code and account number, together with your customer number or BroBizz number to email@example.com. We will then assess the case and reimburse the amount, if we find in favour (cf. Terms of Contract Pt. 4.2 Liability
