Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg

You are a billing customer with Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg and you have received this e-mail or letter from Scandlines HH to inform you, that BroBizz A/S will handle all billing for your trips with Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg from December 6. 2016.

We have made a guide to you as a billing customer, based on what type of bizz-unit you have, that we kindly ask that you follow.

AutoBizz: The Bizz number begins with 46005

You have received a new customer number and a password from Scandlines HH, for your new BroBizz-account.

  • Log in to My Account with your customer number and password
  • Choose a personal password (for future use)
  • Choose My Information and then Contact Information
  • Check that the Company information is correct, in relation to billing

If you have any corrections to address, or contact number, then you can update it right away.

If you have corrections to e-mail address, VAT number, or Company name, then you need to state this under the menu “My Information” and “Update Company Information”.

ØresundBizz: The Bizz number begins with 46001/6048/6377

You have received a new customer number and a password from Scandlines HH, for your new BroBizz-account.

  • Log in to My Account with your customer number and password
  • Choose a personal password (for future use)
  • Choose My Information and then Contact Information
  • Check that the Company information is correct, in relation to billing

If you have any corrections to address, or contact number, then you can update it right away.

If you have corrections to e-mail address, VAT number, or Company name, then you need to state this under the menu “My Information” and “Update Company Information”.

Be aware, that you also need to update your information with the Øresundbridge Consortium.

BroBizz: The Bizz number begins with 9208/9780

Since you are already a billing customer with us, then your crossings with Scandlines HH will just be included on your invoices prospectively.

The only thing you need to do, is to control that you company information. You can do this via My Account under “My Information” and “Contact Information”.

If you are not responsible for your account with BroBizz A/S, then please pass on this assignment to the right person.
